GM's QA sucks

so I took delivery of my 2012 Tahoe the first of June. Well at a lil over 3k miles; I was 2 hrs from home and the A/C line going into the accumulator came loose. now I understand things happen but really. then I noticed that the chrome on one of the interior door handles was peeling. now I wouldn’t really be bother buy it except; when I had my 2010 Silverado it had a lot of problems to. I think GM really needs to step there game up.



on another note; when you guys have you vehicle at the dealership for work do they normally wash it?

Yeah don't let them wash it at all!!! And yeah there "Record Profits" are really taking a toll on there work

I tell them to stay away from my truck in terms of washing it.

As a matter of fact I wash my truck BEFORE I take it to the dealer and point out the condition of the truck to them prior to leaving it.

I tell them what defects there are to take "preemptive" measures.

People used to joke GM stands for Gov't Made. I NEVER thought I day it actually would.

I hope they won't be gov made forever really sucks how did ford make it and we didn't

Ah man yeah, don't get me started. Though...these things happening are the symptoms, not the disease. Though I am A GM fanboy and also a Ford fanboy. I do like some of Dodge offerings too. Just never been a foreign car guy.

yea i was just wondering. i havent had a chance to really wash mine.

but i will say the new Ford stuff is really nice. i wish that GM would follow suit

Actually I think ford is going to sink due to the crown vic discontinued and chevy and dodge scooped up all the contracts
