thats alil scarry

well on a bracket setup its still just one bolt holding it on.. to a flat plate.. the only difference is the bolt is a bolt.. which can come out.. vs.. this way its a threaded rod... that cant.

Something like this for the bottom... BUT.. drill the center hole a little bigger and flush weld a nut into it.. put tiny spacers AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE on either side.. to give yourself room to weld it flat and account for the nut... then weld it to the axle and put a lil scrap steel supports on either side from the bottom..

::drawing a pic now::

The spacers are because youre going to run a 1/8 inch steel flat bracket.. and its gonna be a 1/4 inch nut.. so you have to make up for a 1/8 inch somewhere.. shit for 12$ a bracket you could just order 2 for each side and stack them and it would be better than any spacer on the planet

I cant imagine doing a better bottom end for a boa setup.. after you did this just make sure the top is as flat as the air fitting will allow.. and youll be ****

the only way to go shorter with a boa setup would be.. to get the top super flat.. i dont remember when the top looks like.. but if you could weld another flat bracket to the top and tap the line straight out. (into the floorboard? grommet seals?) you could easily pull an extra 2 to 4 inches more out of a boa this way

for the rear upper bracket (oem) it would have to be removed and weld a flat bracket with gussets on the sides. oooooorr you can notch a good section of the upper bracket to have clearnce for youre fitting and air line. i would recomend that you don use 1/2 line,it will be hard to bend it up there.what i did on mine was welded the bottom bolt to the bag, then spund the bag around to screw it in, if you need to to remove it or work on it just raise the the body let the axle go as low as it can and the upper part of the bag will be loose enough to screw it off.

I am using Lowrider Depots front bolt in braket, with Slam Specialties bags, and I am having all my rear mounts and pan hard bar custom fabricated by Mouses Customs here in AZ. I have Chrome Viar 480 Double Pack. have not acquired the valves or controler yet. Pics to come in about a month
