Im gonna measure the hirch height and see how much of a riser I need. Then Ill go pick one up. Then Ill go get the trailer and bring it home empty. The car will then be loaded and ill see where we are at. After all I have 12 whole days still. Lol

Mcgaughys makes a kit for lowered suvs. The one I just pulled up for my 2006 Denali XL runs 137. Plus shipping id assume. That's cheap. Looks easy to install. I'll see if I can find a write up on it on here. The one i found was over on tahoeforum.com.

yes, riser -opposite of a drop hitch... most can just be flipped, but not all


firestone & air rite have inexpensive kits avail

i recall seeing some on sdtrucksprings.com site. no drill kits... like 80-150 for kit.

Im gonna see if there is am issue once everythimg is loaded. Im pretty sure i can manipulate it by where the car sits in the trailer.

It doesn't hurt to put a weight distribution hitch either if your trailer weighs more than 2500lbs is what I've heard is recommended. The hitch might add relief to your rear suspension by putting some to the front axles.

Ok. Just found the trailer was putchased with the bars but they were never installed. So the mounting points were never drilled into the trailer "neck" because they never needed em and they have used it alot.
