IMO it looks like a good deal I am sure I could find everything a bit cheaper. Thoughts? Is it WORTH it? I want to make sure it's safe. It won't be a daily. Mainly for trips to and from the lake with a boat I want to purchase. Thanks for all the advice. I will be replacing the pulleys and belt on my own they look super easy.

Forgot to mention, this was parts and labor. I thought the upper control arms was pretty expensive as well but I'm not sure on how difficult it is labor-wise to do.

Half that stuff you just listed is super easy to easy enough ... If this isn't going to be a daily driver why not fix it your self over the cooler months?? Also why would you need to replace the upper control arms and the ball joints??

I don't have a garage and our HOA doesn't allow working on vehicles so a lot of stuff I can't do =/

I did a couple oil changes and got a notice recently about it >_<

I don't know why the upper control arms and ball joints need to be replaced they just told me they did. Anything I should ask ?

I would do most of that in your driveway. Radiator takes an hour. shocks are another hour. Even teh front end stuff can be done if you have some time to be down

Take money out of the equation. Let's just assume I am fine with paying for it regardless. I just want to know if with the part and labor it is a good price or not.

I really don't mind paying for it.

Also the steering has lots of play a few inches each way before the steering engages, they said replacing those would definately fix that.

Called and they said the control arms were snapped which is why they needed to be replaced.

KYB's are monomax so they aren't the cheaper ones. Seems about $200-250 in labor for shock replacement which isn't terrible.

Again, I'm honestly cool with the price minus the upper control arms. They said they are about $200 a piece plus $60 for the bushing

wow, hell no.. just have them do the freeze plug and you do the rest.
Could do it all by yourself in 2 days easy.. and tell HOA F off.

Most of that stuff is easy. In my opinion, let the shop take care of anything that needs special equipment, i.e, alignment, compression test, freeze plugs, etc. You can handle the rest on your own. If your HOA is a bunch of dick heads (and I find that most are) try asking a buddy if you can do the work at his/her place. If you can't do it all at once group the projects into several subsets, i.e, cooling, suspension, etc. and work on them when you get an opportunity. Doing this on your own will save you tons of money so that you can get that boat. If I were to guess the price on parts, I'd roseville parts alone will only run you $600-650 + shocks. That's easily under $1,000, and my guestimate is conservatively high.

Replacing the UCA isn't going to fix your steering play. The tie rod connects to the knuckle but still that is waayy to expensive.
