Got BlackBear tune today

got a 91 octane BB tune today. the truck feels a lot nicer, and although it wasnt as big of a feeling of power increase as i expected, but maybe i was expecting too much. i am still really happy with it. Justin said my only issue was an intake manifold gasket leak, other than that, the truck was great. he said he was surprised at how great of shape it was in considering its miles (213k). but theyre 90% highway miles and since it was new it had full synthetic oil for every change.

gas mileage improved, cuz it took me almost 1/4 tank to get there, and then it only took a bit over 1/8 to get home.

What motor do you have? I have the 6.0 and love the tune on it!! Way better shifting and even a bit more power!! Glad you like yours though!

i have the 5.3. dont get me wrong, its better, just not as much as i was thinking it would be. the MPG definitely got better tho. like i said, i dont regret getting it at all.

So the program stores in the computer until it is changed?

Yes, once it's there it stays until you go back and change it.
