So let me get this right, you did not change the steering wheel, you just added the radio switches, correct? Had you changed out the complete wheel with a leather wrapped one, which there are plenty of out there, Yes it would have been plug and play as mine was.

Well interesting find, yet confirmed my suspicion on my PPV.

I was going to buff the rear hatch on my truck and in the light at the right angle I saw it? "Caution Military Working Dog" on the rear window. Only thing left to do is narrow down which base in SC.

I got my oil treatment done, then fresh Royal Purple oil change, rear Diff service, rotors/pads, TB relearn and DIC done.

For my DIC, I took the donor parts, used a step bit to drill out the melted plastic rivet and separated. Once I had that, I went through the same process on my trim panel in the truck. I took all the DIC trim panel and used some Gorilla super gel to set everything up. Once solid, I filled the old rivet holes with some regular Gorilla glue and done

Congrats on the new ride. I’m assuming you had good luck with Chicago Motors??? Or the other one that I am brain farting on now.
I had to replace my battery a week after I got mine as well as rear rotors and pads.

Tony here is awesome set me up with a 2” drop with Belltech springs and shock relocators

You got an awesome list going, I’m doing a few of the lesser mods to my SSV as well.

Enjoy the ride, I’m sure as hell enjoying mine.

Paul,

Yeah I went with Asia Motors. Overall, I'm satisfied. There are was some flaws not disclaimed ie the cracked to F' dash board........but thats an easy fix. As for the important stuff, the body, drivetrain/line are solid. I will like I did well in the deal. They wanted 15k, I got it for 13,500.

Well here are some pics of the fun from over the last week.

I figured no one wanted to see a picture of my DIC...... so your safe gents. I also added the steering wheel controls for the stereo, rear brakes, have the new headlight assemblies ready to install. Now the pics of the candy and good stuff.

UDR was having a killer deal on eBay for their catch cans with a bunch of added options for free.

Also, loook how clean the valve train is at 70k, I did run some Seafoam in the oil for about 200 miles before my oil change.
