So I recently just got my tune back from Justin and I am really surprised at how much it woke up the hoe!!!! I absolutely love it but I have a few questions. I sent Justin an email and I know he is a busy man so i'll see if someone can answer questions till he gets to me!

First, I choose an 89 octane tune and would it hurt to put a higher octane in it? I know to not put lower octane.

Second, I recently got gears put in my truck and I told Justin that I had them and the ratio. The speedo and all is right but I still have to turn traction control off when I get in to drive. So is there a way he can fix that?

And also my shift between first and second is super super strong and pretty much jerks whenever I just drive normal but if I hammer it then it shifts perfect. Should I ask him to fix that or is it normal. I don't want to change anything besides that one shift problem because I love it lol

What do YOU mean by "gears". I ask not to be sarcastic but because Steve asked you what your Gear Ratios were and you didn't know what he was talking about... just trying to help you out bro. :Handshake: :Wedgie:

Stock Gear Ratios are
:

First Gear Ratio :)1) 4.03
Second Gear Ratio :)1) 2.36
Third Gear Ratio :)1) 1.53
Fourth Gear Ratio :)1) 1.15
Fifth Gear Ratio :)1) 0.85
Sixth Gear Ratio :)1) 0.67
Reverse Ratio :)1) 3.06

Now if you have the Heavy Duty Towing Package, you then have the 3.42 rear axle ratio.

This is assuming you have a 2008-2011 Tahoe.

I would email or call Justin from BB and tell him what's going on.

never put super unleaded unless it says it requires super unleaded higher octane gas if your engines with higher compression ratios it burns slower then regular gas
for example regular gas in higher compression engine you will get detonation or a knock basically the fuel ignites due to compression before its supposed to
so high octane in a enigine that only needs regular does absolutly nothing except waste yer money

The 07+ are a higher compression and should be using a minimum of 89. The 6.2Ls need 91.
