Around me, if it happens on public street, they might show up. If it’s in a store or business parking lot, it pretty much needs to be on fire before they will show up.

Exactly. That was a parking lot, minor fender bender. I don’t care where you are- good luck getting cops to show up.Around me, if it happens on public street, they might show up. If it’s in a store or business parking lot, it pretty much needs to be on fire before they will show up.
Hey now, no need to put my city down. It’s pretty normal for cops to not show up for minor fender benders on private property. But I’m sure Jersey is better than Oregon all the way around lmfao. You can have it. We’re just trying to make things look bad so everybody quits moving here, it was getting ridiculous with the population explosion. The news is doing an awesome job of painting a picture lol. I’m glad it looks bad but I wouldn’t live anywhere else. Sure the hell not over there.im telling you here where i live, you call for a fender bender the cops show up, they do a report.
maybe your town sucks, but mine does its job. they have not cut the police budget here yet either. see how well that craps working out for you all in Oregon.
and if you chase some one down to stop em, thats a hit and run still. they just failed to get away.
File a claim with his insurance, it won’t count as a claim on yours. That’s $500-$700 easy.
They don’t go up? Sorry, never filed a claim before so not quite sure how it works.
I was kind of hoping he’d just offer me some cash and we’d be done with it. I don’t want to make things harder for him.

you could not pay me to live on the left coast. been there, nice place to visit, no way id live there. my feelings come from way before the ******** over the last 4 years.
i had a job where i traveled the whole country for work. id do 10 plus days of work in any state or states they needed help in. lots of nice places id never want to live in out there.
on the flip side, im sure theres lots of guys who traveled to my area NY, NJ and conn, and im sure they hated this place lol one guy was so scared to go to brooklyn NY, guy was from Chicago area, must have been a rural area, hes 6'4 250 lbs red hair and huge red beard, no ones going to mess with him in broad day light. i told him if it makes you feel better wear your tool belt and carry your utility knife, its legal. culture shock took 3 days to wear off , let be honest here tho, a white guy stands out in Brooklyn big time. then i had this other guy guy from ca out here all the time, he loved it here. ( he'd request to come here) all 135 lb and 5'5 guy, white as could be. but then again we got along really well and id take him fishing on my boat on sundays when possible. when traveling your supposed to work sunday, so i taught him how to get around that. bank a job or two from the week, turn em in on sunday. bam you worked, so he got paid to catch fish lol
Yeah I couldn’t take your weather or the amount of people. I like being able to be alongside a cold clear river in a half hour, away from everybody. I can hit the desert in an hour, the ocean in an hour , the Cascade mountains in an hour and it’s not crowded at any of them. Beautiful country here , no bug issues no poisonous critters, mild weather never gets hot and humid and rarely snows. Downtown Portland has always sucked to me but every big city does, like I said I don’t really like people lol. I go the opposite direction as the crowds. I’ve been over there in the summer which is my favorite season but not there it isn’t, I couldn’t take it. A week was more than I wanted to stay.you could not pay me to live on the left coast. been there, nice place to visit, no way id live there. my feelings come from way before the ******** over the last 4 years.
