2 12" kicker competion 8 ohms, 1600 WT Hifonics amp, and a ported box.. Let's just say i have the loudest system in this town!

bought it from someone local for 250..

What kind of kickers? Just the comps or CVR's? If it was just the comps you paid a little too much IMO.

Be careful when buying used audio from someone you don't know too. I bought 3 kicker comp 12's from someone off CL for my first system and found out 2 were almost blown, and the box they were in was cracked however it was carpeted so you couldn't see it. I also overpaid.

being 8 ohm, they have to be Comps, and ported, and that amp, be VERY careful, you have about 10x the rated power ported.

I suggest getting larger ( built woofers) with a higher rms rating.

lol there CVR competitions lol..and no not loudest in us, but VERY loud here in this town..
the box is STRONG and very heavy, and the subs are in great condition, and the amp definetly powers these subs..250 for all that isnt bad..if i say so for myself lol

not a bad deal at all, i wish my shit was that cheap but i suppose you got to pay to play. haha. i love loud music and trust me its an addiction.
