Grease splatter, leak, please advise!

so i noticed some grease under the wheel well.... upon further inspection, I see this.......

Please advise on what the problem is and what to do.

your CV boot is torn and slinging grease from it. If your CV axles are old, you can replace them both with brand new ones. If they are fairly new, you can also try to just replace the boot itself.

the boots themselves could be cheap. Just hope it is the boots and nothing else.

If its the boots nothin by its no hard to do just take wheel off, axle nut, lower ball joint, pull hub out and pop axle off the dif. Then you can pull old grease and put new non dirty grease and a new boot and can check the bearings. It's no hard just time consuming. Would also do the ball joint while at it

Sorry but I did not catch a tear in the boot myself but judging by the caliper it looks to me like you are leaking brake fluid around the banjo bolt or bleeder screw. it can get on the wheel and get flung around the wheel well. It can eat thru paint fast as well. No matter what it is wash it off asap. And what is the fluid on the ground next to it? Just some water residue or something else?
