I went and picked up a used 2009 Tahoe LTZ last night. Using this forum I've already got probable solutions to my lit up but non functional cruise control: ordered a brake switch from Rock Auto. Also my TPMS error: ordered 4 wheel sensors from Amazon.

I note with some sadness that I can't stream Pandora from my Droid through bluetooth though. I was given some hope when I spotted something about a USB port. Sadly I can't find that even though I have a center console.

This thing is from the East Coast around Virginia and has some rust in the left rear wheel arch. It's filthy inside having carted kids and birdseed. I'm heading down to clean it now.

Drove home in rain. Sometimes light and sometimes quite hard. No Rainex yet and I need to read up on the rain sensing wipers. Also may want to defeat some restrictions and figure out what year my nav maps are. Betting on 2009.

The cooled seats are the bomb!

Welcome! Your best bet for nav will be your smart phone. No reason to spend $150 on a dvd that will already be out of date.

Of course improved phone connectivity would help with Waze and Pandora.

Got my brake light switch from Rockauto last night and installed it this morning. It's great to have a working cruise control.
