I had a full brake job done plus new tires installed within the last 3 months, I've noticed a growling sound coming from the front drivers side. The sound seems unaffected by braking as it happens when driving. I feel nothing in the steering or wheels. Any thoughts???

Is it just a noise, or is there a vibration, too? I have a very low-pitched vibration and noise that I suspect is due to something in the driveline/rear diff. But, I haven't had it checked into yet. It occurs under a few different RPM/MPH/throttle situations...

Do you think that your problem is strictly brake job-related?
