Howdy y'all
My name is Jack, I'm a 16 year vet still active duty awaiting year 20 to pass by. Some may know me from some classic forums under this name, or on GM-Fullsize and FSC.com as Loki.
I started out being a hobbyist on FullSize Chevys and GMCs in the late 90's and haven't stopped since.
I buy/own more family/farm functional vehicles now, but I do have a couple of toys. I just recently sold a solid 96 Blazer and bought a 2005 Denali for the ole lady...I don't buy new anymore...the way we are with vehicles, I don't need the head ache of worrying about door dings or rock chips. With that said I like to keep my vehicles in good repair. Do all my own work and service as needed and all customizations are done by me as well.
I've been working on LS motors and classic small blocks for a long time, and joined this forum to gain more knowledge about the new Yukon in my GM family. Looking forward to learning and sharing my knowledge base as well.
I don't have any pictures currently of the Yukon, because I bought it 2 days before I deployed (which is where i'm at now). but if the ole' lady manages to snap a few and send them my way, i'll post them up. It's nothing special just a pretty much stock 05' with denali trim and autoride.
Thanks for reading.
Jack
edit...found a picture of the Yukon from when I was buying it...sorry for the bad angle, I didn't take this picture
