Finally ordered new moisture free headlights and wanna go to H.I.D.'s. I cant decide on 35w 6000k or 55w 8000k. I dont want the blue look and wanna do H.I.D. hi/lo beam and H.I.D. h4 fog lights. I want everything to match also, but dont want to blind everyone on the road. Ive heard that the 55w 8000k wash out the blue color and are more comparable to the white 35w 6000k. Any input or ideas? Thanks

4300K is the factory bulb that comes out of most manufacturers. It is the brightest temperature and is pure white.

I would say get the 5ks, my 6ks seem to be just a tad blue and the 4300s seem to be a bit yellow(maybe thats the 3k im thinking of?)

Go 5000k or 6000k.

4300k will give you the highest lumens but will also apper yellowish to the eye. 6000k will be tad blue but really wont be that noticeable. 5000k will be a good compromise between the two.

If you're gonna do hi/lo then make sure you have the 4hi mod done.

And if you dont want to blind anyone..aim ur headlights down a little or purchase headlights which are designed for HIDs.
