If you really must .... you can use everything but the 35W ballasts.

Soulsea is the man. I read his ENTIRE lighting link, and like an idiot, still ignored it.

I put HID lights in my ride and I can say that I absolutely love them......that being said.....everybody else on the road hates them.

I am getting to the point that I will find a reason to be home before it gets dark out.

Listen {read} to what the man has to say about HID kits and the "good vs bad".

Ok that is out of the way.....You must use a lower watt ballast for the fog lights or they will melt. If you use the 55w ballast you will only get 30-45 min of use before they start to melt.

If the bulbs don't sit flush all the way in you have to go 25 w. Many of the 5202 sets don't fit right. I have had a half dozen or so collecting dust because they are useless. There is a fool proof way of installing 35w in the fogs and they won't melt but it requires using glue.

Can we use these in the NNBS trucks?

Without melting the housing?

I used 35w for awhile and could see where it was starting to melt the housings if I left them on for more than 15-20 mins at a time. They acted literally as flood lights and were bright as hell, but I never used them if there was any traffic on the road. I then changed out for projectors ($60) and can run them all the time without melting or blinding.
