So either there's wires crossed somewhere. Or someone did what I did with my halos. Mine are wired into the round light beside the chrome grill. That's your daytime running light. So my halos come on during the day when I put my denali in gear with those lights. What I did to get them to come at night with lows and highs, is I ran diodes from the DRL relay to the low and highbeam relays in the under hood fuse panel. What it sounds like your experiencing is that the signals for the halos and low and highbeam's are backwards. When I ran the diodes it took a few tries of getting the diodes under the correct pins on the relays so they light up correctly when switched on. Check your under hood fuse panel to see if there's any diodes ran between the relays. If not than it means that the halos and the headlight bulbs are wired incorrectly and need to be rewired.
