Hard start and won't rev past 3500

Yea in neutral revs perfectly once it's in gear it absolutely will not go over 3500 it will sit there and miss for 10 seconds or so and eventually shifts into the next gear and is fine

So today problem got a whole lot worse now it's misfiring back firing at all Rpms check engine light for multiple missfires time to start all over

So a week later fuel pressure is way down truck won't start so bit the bullet and replaced the fuel pump truck now starts 1st crank, but still runs and idles like shit... Throwin one code for random multiple miss fire so tried replacing the MAF... No change at all next is cap and rotor I guess

Cap rotor and plug wires and it's fixed
