Not true around here I see nnbs go in the high teens and 20s and they are stock. FYI I go to those auctions

Also you don't have to take the money just sale in phone call and make the choice when you see how much they wanna pay. Can also bring it back next week and see if it goes for more

Maybe we're talking about different auctions. The auctions that they have around my area are for dealers only. Therefore the people buying there are looking to buy in order to make money and therefore getting vehicles at bottom dollar.

Not trying to be rude but hav you been to the dealer only auctions in your area burb? I go and have my number to buy. And yes it's dealer only

How would they pay retail and make money? I think you might be talking about different years, options, etc. than the Burb is.

To answer you questions Gzes yes i have been to a few dealer only auctions (I have a couple of friends who own some dealerships locally). the name of the game is profit which equals buy low and sell high. When they go to those auctions they are looking pay no more than trade in value for a vehicle and in a lot of cases will pay well below trade-in value for the vehicles they acquire at the auction. A dealer who plans on doing business for a long time cannot sustain a business by buying at retail or even close to retail when they plan on selling the product back to the public.
