Has anyone tried to tie in Airlift 1000 into autoride?

Curious if anyone has tried to connect the airlift 1000 in coil airbags to the air lines that feed the autoride shocks so you could ditch those for standard shocks (with resistors of course) yet maintain the usability of the built in auto leveling system. I dont see a reason why it wouldnt work but I havent been able to find anyone who has tried.

In order to keep the level ride you have to keep the RTD fuse in. And with the fuse left in you will have to run resistors on all of the shocks so it thinks the system is still operative. Now if your compressor is still good, you should be able to tie in to the factory fill line's for the 1000's. it will be a slow fill because there is more volume to fill with air.

Or you can run an over ride switch into the cab for the factory compressor. it will need to be a two position momentary on/off. one position is for the fill, and the other is for the exhaust. you can find a wiring diagram @ autozone.com

Keep in mind the max psi for the Airlift 1000s is 35 psi. Not sure what the OE setup is rated for.
