Hatch keeps opening by itself..?

Just the other day the hatch on my 07 tahoe opened up by it self, then closed then opened? It did this all weekend unless the car is locked. Anyone know what is going on here? Thanks

It almost sounds like the hatch is sensing an obstruction

Seriously tho, you have a button by the upper console? Turn it off

Does the hatch button on the remote have a glitch? Take the battery out of the remote you use most to eliminate that remote. If that doesn't solve the problem try the other remote . Just something to try.
