Welp, picked it up yesterday!!! It is OEM and the color does seem to match exactly...only some minor damage in the center but the front amazingly has no rock damage. Talked him down to $350. I'll get some pics up as soon as I get some help to put it on.

good buy man! i've got a white hoe lowered with the hd hood, i picked mine up for 175, exact color but it was dirty and had a few rock knicks, just got some paint pens and colored it in, looks bad ass on our trucks
