simplest way to cat those headers is not to.

If you absolutely must have cats, add one big mofo on your catback.
This will simplify the install, cost and still be completely legal.

As far as sound, find any 5.3, no cat, 3" back 18" case single chamber muffler, dumped before axle under truck bed with turn down pointed towards right rear tire.

its loud at startup and quiet during idle, decent under cruise, loud during WOT.

Most drone is caused by exhaust being dumped under the body, causing reverberations.
With your corsa you will get alil but not much, it's it's annoying have a small bullet style muffler added. It will hush up the drone and cause no back pressure increase.

The only side effect to no cats is the check engine light will come on and complain about no cats. Have the rear o2's turned off via a tune.
You will gain power. How much depends on how clogged your cats currently are.

keep in mind long tubes with no cats even with astock muffler is rediculously loud
i did long tube pace setters and the y without headers into a super 10 blowmaster muffler with dual outs to the back and holy crap is it loud way louder then i excpected
if yer planning on going for a blowmaster muffler id recomend not gong balls to wall and get the super 10 id just stick to the super 40 thats prolly plenty loud with long tubes and now cats
im even concerned to the point when cop is around i kinda lay off the gas
