Headers + Y-Pipe + Exhaust = Too Much Drone?

ive been running long tubes and ORY with just a 14" magnaflow in the stock place..honestly not much, if any drone..made about 3 trips to colorado and back with a full truck load, and noone ever complained about not being able to hear the music of people talking..im switching to a 18" tomorrow since my 14 rotted out..well see how it is

Looks like it should pass, you can always add an additional cat after the y if it doesn't pass...I have the magnaflow part # for the one you need, don't ask me why :emotions122:

just drove 170 miles with my new 18" magnaflow and there was no drone..could not even really hear it at 70 mph..my tip is also cut off about 6" back from stock

You can always run 02 foulers or 02 simulators if you can't pass, which I think you should pass cause they come with cats.

If you dump it it will be louder if you run otro the back like OEM itreally shoulsnthave Cain drone. My 2dr has drone because one pipeis are cabin undumped aether other is at the back but I will dump ad cutthroat other off spon

Anything will have a bit of drone with longtubes. I have the dynomax vt muffler and have to say I'm quite pleased with the result, best of both worlds :imo:

Did you ever experience the notorious rattling from the flap inside the VT muffler? I can't decide between the Dynomax VT or the Dynomax Ultra Flo.
