I ended up purchasing the Corsa Sport Exhaust like I originally should have. The Gibson just started to produce WAY too much drone, especially during a cold start-up.

Bump for me being in for more info, I just ordered a corsa sport exhaust for my 06 denali yesterday and am excited as hell to get that on. I would like to scoop up some headers and start to part together all the parts for my cam and nitrous setup :).

I literally just walked in from getting my Corsa Sport Exhaust installed as well as the OBX "eBay Headers" and I couldn't be more happy.

The header fitment is top notch with 2 exceptions:
1. The oil level check tube needs to be bent out of the way of the driver's side header. This will cause your dip stick to not fit, so you will need to order a new tube that is made for GM trucks that have aftermarket headers installed. No big deal. Something like this:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/l...ake/gmc/model/yukon/submodel/denali/year/2002

2. The rear 2 spark plug wires touch the header on the driver's side, so you will need to get longer cables so that you can go around the piping. Again, no big deal.

Other than that, it is flawless. The sound is super raw with minimal drone. There IS drone, but not as bad as it was with my OEM Headers + Gibson Dual Sport Exhaust.

I definitely need to get my cam put in now and get a tune.

Here is a picture of the OBX Headers with catless Y-pipe. I will be making a thread soon along with videos; It's finals week so I do not have time for all that at this point.

After driving it for the last day or 2, I have to add to my findings...

The sound is super raw! There IS drone, and this exhaust is a lot louder than I expected. Under WOT it's like a NASCAR. During the initial start on a cold start-up it sounds like you're awakening a beast; but it quiets down soon after! I will definitely be swapping off my Sport muffler for the Touring Muffler. I do not recommend running Long Tubes with the Corsa Sport Exhaust; it's just too loud for daily driving.

I felt the same way when I added headers to my Magnaflow on my 04. SUPER loud and droned. Added the Corsa Touring and took care of the issues!

Exactly what I wanted to hear! I read threads on other forums and they all pretty much said the same thing.

P.S. I'll be messaging you soon for a tune.

I added headers and a cam all at once, and hated the way the exhaust sounded. I knew it would only get worse with the blower. I think you will be happy with the Touring.

For folks who plan on modding up, I always recommend the Touring over the Sport.
