I'm getting ready to buy a Pioneer 4100NEX to go in my 07 Tahoe with Bose without nav. I want to retain steering wheel controls as well.

I've already purhased this:
Metra GMOS-LAN-012 06-up GM Onstar Rentention Module (got it for $30 over a year ago)

Still need to purchase:
Metra 95-3305 Double DIN Installation Dash Kit for 2006-up Chevrolet Vehicles
Metra Axxess ASWC-1 Universal Steering Wheel Control Interface
MicroBypass Parking Brake Switch http://tinyurl.com/p6jzdzr

Recommendations for backup camera? Pioneer one? Stock? (I've been wanting to replace the rear applique with the Yukon one anyway)
Are these really worth it or will a very small flat head screwdriver be fine? http://tinyurl.com/oafx4tc

Thanks!

you will also need this antenna adaptor to retain the am/fm antenna

http://www.amazon.com/Metra-40-CR10...e=UTF8&qid=1434742682&sr=8-1&keywords=40-cr10

I had the pioneer camera in my 03 Tahoe. It worked great but is pricey. You can probably get a camera that is just as good for much less by going with another brand.

If you can get a stock camera to work with the pioneer it would look good but again can probably get a better camera with an aftermarket one. The stock camera is pretty low quality compared to recent cameras.

Forgot to mention. Don't use a flat head screwdriver. When you go to pry on the dash it will leave a mark on the panel. Use something similar to the tools you found.
