heat/ac gets hot/cold but doesn't blow??

I have a 2004 yukon denali xl and my ac stopped blowing the other day but I could still feel the cold air. It started working the same day now my heat is doing the same thing would that be the blower resistor or blower motor it self?? Thanks guys

Probably the blower resistor. I've heard it's a common problem on these trucks.
