Guys I have a 97 hoe with new water pump, rad, and thermostat within past 2 months. No coolant leaks but seems like my heat is blowin cool and doesnt seem to heat up too good even after a full warm up. could it be the heater core clogged or bad? bad thermostat? heater control actuator? another thing I noticed is I cant use the front vents..defrost and feet vents are fine but no action on the vents that blow right at you....please help me out here its like 20degrees here.

your control head controls your temp door and your mode door so either a broken wire or two door motors are dead or your control head is fried almost.

What about your recirc funciton?

My post after you reporting on the recirc function I think got wiped out somehow.

Based on what info you provided already I was going to suggest either verify power at the head control unit and possibly replace it since you have lost so many functions of it. I can't see possibly three motor controlled functions all be bad motors at once. Let me Know if you want the mechanical and electrical layout before you start replacing parts at random.

Ill take those diagrams. ended up replacing the thermostat because it was bad too but that did not solve the issue. I think maybe my heat control is bad. I no that its simple to get to but I could use that diagrams to run checks and stuff
