Heater Issue

Is the service manual available for 2021 Denali Yukon? I looked on Helm website and not there. Is there another supplier. I need to see heater operation and front floor duct locations. No air comes out full force

There was a bulletin on poor heater performance for the 2021 Yukon.

Took me a little to find some info on it. There’s an actual bulletin around the same time of this TechLink posting.

Thanks I saw that, but dealer say operating as designed. If I was able get service operation description I could challenge them..I really hate dealer BS
