Easy Saturday job. Get your gaskets and cleaning materials ahead of time and have them all ready. Pull the intake and the valley cover plate and they are right there. As above says, dont even think about reusing the original baked wiring harness that goes to the knock sensors.

Easy depends on your mechanical abilities and skill. If you have some basic tools, its a 2 hour job taking your time and being careful. Make sure you borrow/rent a torque wrench as you dont want to overtighten these going back in. I had the great displeasure of the rear one breaking off in the block. That was fun extracting the broken stud. PLEASE make sure you buy AC Delco sensors. I used delphi the first time and was taking them out 4 months later due to a CEL.

Is under the intake under a cover. Use Genuine GM parts and replace the harness and check out you tube video(s) to get an idea. I like quality Fel-Pro gaskets for reassembly. Cleanliness is next to Godliness as well.

Are these the same part numbers for the 5.3 t motor

I agree with the comments here. It seems these trucks prefer AC Delco parts to Delphi in my (limited) experience with replacing one for the other successfully. As for the harness, make sure you get a new one as well. Even if the old one looks fine, you may very well damage it trying to get it disconnected to the sensors. Cheap insurance/time saver.
