Did you cut bracket on frame in rear?

with 24x9.5 and 295 30 24 i did a bagged truck and cutting off the bracket the rear sat lower than the front when truck was aired out and truck was resting on fenders in front.

Jax thats my truck in photo. Took off 28s and have stock 20s on now . Back does not go low for me. Front goes to ground..ill take a pic when stop raining..
