Help! Hybrid won't move towing uphill..

So I stopped on the side of an uphill grade while towing just 3500lbs and now I can't get going again! It's like the v8 isn't kicking in and the electrics sure can't get it done. Help!

Are you literally stranded right now? If so, I'm not sure we can get you moving quick enough.

Did you pull the gearshift down to manual for tow?
