help, installed radio no door chime or lights when door is open

Do the interior lights not come on at all? Try opening all doors. Or will they just not come on if the drivers door is open?
And will they come on if you turn the dimmer switch all the way up?

lights will come on if i manually turn them on w/ the switch. will not come on with any open doors. no door tone either.

Having similar issue. Will check wire in door tomorrow. No interior lights when Drivers door is opened. And now the accessories (Radio and Radar) do not shut down like they used to.. The interior light issue started a week ago.

With more info given I'd have to retract my first post and say that it sounds like bad switch or break in the switch wire somewhere like Scottyboy mentioned.
