Help intermittent electrical issues in 01 yukon

2001 Yukon intermittent electrical problems. Sometimes both blinker lights and every other light on dash on but lcd screen, all gauges work, no lights inside or out come on, radio doesn’t work, chime doesn’t come on but sometimes when I turn key off I can here the speakers screech, power windows don’t work, Cigar fuse blows all the time. All of this happens by any reason, I’ve had it happen from trying to roll the window down to trying to turn the lights on or even just hitting a bump. I hooked up obd tool and everything happened, relays were going crazy and everything stayed above.

best place to start is at the battery and battery cables/grounds, clean them up even if they look ok. if you battery is 4 years old or older consider replacing it. if it is less than that maybe have it checked, most auto parts stores will do it for free

still I would check the battery cables and main grounds, that's where you should start. that's the basic's. your issue sounds electrical so best place to start is at the source which is the battery.
check the ground strap from battery to head and to the frame, unbolt it and give it a wire brush and re-attach.
if you have a volt-meter maybe start poking around and be sure you have at least 13.4v to the battery post's with the engine running

I would say possibly the ignition switch could be a culprit, they have been known to cause issues in the past. As I recall they are not too expensive or too difficult to replace. Had to replace it on my 2005 Yukon a year or so ago due to some strange behavior.

There is also a ground wire up near the battery that connects to the frame/chassis somewhere around the bumper mounts as I recall that can give all sorts of strange issues with turn signals, lights and even gauges. It may have even been the smaller ground wire on the negative battery cable? I think there was some nut or stud welded onto the chassist that would easily strip and the cable would get loose. I recall needing to install another jam nut or something to get the ground wire secure. Its was about 7-8 years ago so I do not recall all the details, but again, search around, I would bet you can find more info on the ground wire.

The battery and connections are good

yes people say "they look good" all the time, but.... you need to clean them anyway take the connectors off, wire brush and put back on tight.

particularly the grounds on the gmt800's

Check grounds, especially if you live where rust is an issue. There's several of them.

The other day my 99 Silverado (pretty much same cluster as your truck) was acting really weird. It struggled to crank then gauges were erratic. I was thinking my cluster was bad or whatnot.

Turned out my batter cable was loose...

Was indeed the ground strap from the block to the cab.
