help me decide on what to do with engine mods on my tbi

Ok so i have about $130 to spend and so far im gonna get a tb spacer, a edelbrock cleaner, and want to remove the spacer that the vakve cover connects to via hose but if i remove it can i put a breather in there or would it screw something up? It just goes back into the filter area and back into the motor. I hear its for the unburt fuel to return but my motor is still pratcically new so i dont think im having alot of unburt fuel... the is the pcv system. do not remove or disable it. try the spacer.

Ok so dont screw with the pcv gocha. So basically just spacer n filter. Any other ideas? If not ill go pickup a fender n hood for the paint job. Thanks sun always lookin out for the fellow imbecils lol.

I would do the free TBI mods before that spacer. That spacer is gonna mess with your fuel lines too, may need mods there to get it to fit. I would drop some money on a fuel pressure gauge before a spacer. You can block that line but you can't really ditch that spacer due to the difference of the tbi top and the bottom of your air filter base.

I hear that a spacer doesnt really make a difference with the lines. I opened up the area and looked to see how much moving room i have and its enough for a spacer to fit. Where would the guage go? In the cab or next to the cleaner?

There are gauges that fit on the lines to the TBI.
