well id probably start with grabbing a set of elec fans from the junkyard off a mark8 or whatever one is the common conversion...

Then exhaust/hi flow cats, FPR, probably a good tuneup( plugs, wires, cap rotor, filters, msd coil, 3 wire o2 sensor if you have the single wire

I don't think yo can just start with just fans. still need to get relay and wiring. plus he already has the filter and spacer on the list to get as well. going to go over $130 for sure.

i was giving options, and fan relays and thermostats can be had for under 50 bucks..

a spacer is worth more in scrap aluminum then it is on your hoe..

Well i thought i would update. So far i got the cleaner, tuneup with plugs n wires n stuff and did my fuel filter( it helped alot) i still need to get the spacer but its gonna be slow way up it looks like cause i gotta save up for college expenses...

The spacer is a waste of money in my opinion, there are other mods that will do more and be less hassle.
