Help needed Setting up AutoCal

Trying to set up my AutoCal but my comp doesn't recognize the device. I pulled up the EFILive control panel and it has a box for the serial number and license. Is my VIN the license number?

Well I found the License number but I'm not able to check the firmware. I keep getting a message that says "No device connected. Please connect a FlashScan or AutoCal USB device. If a device is connected, ensure it is not being used by another application."
Anybody know what I'm suppose to do?

Which OS are you running on your PC? Do you have a different PC you can test device recognition on? Are other devices recognized when plugged into the same USB port?

Not familiar with the autocal, is it password locked like the V2's? if so there is your recognition issue.
Also you might want to sign-up on the EFI Live forum, way more knowledge over there concerning the EFI Live product line.

Got it figured out. Had to close out the autocal control panel and then click the autocal icon in the efilive program and there it was. Thanks for the suggestions guys.
