I love it when people say you need 2 12's... Obviously don't know how to build boxes!

well master carpenter...specify how that badass box needs to be built then instead of talking shit. just an idea.

hell yeah sir, those subs are really under estimated, i was running the 10 inch version. and they were 600 watts max. well if you do the math i was running 4 to each amp that 2400 watts at 1 ohm. the amp i was running was putting out 5000 watts total at peak so i was REALLY over powering them. 2 times as much and they were running for about a year, then they all blew when my alternator full fielded and peaked at 18 volts, lit one of my amps on fire and blew the cones right out of the subs.


but those subs are powerhouses ... i would say but that box. pull the subs out and then build your own ported box make sure its to spec and tuned to about 33-35 htz. if you want some help with that pm me and i can help out

I have an uncle that own owns a nice pawn shop (if there is a such thing) and i know how many people pawn speakers just because they're having a hard time. So I'm going to go get two or three 12's, and maybe a 5000 watt amp from a friend for next to nothing
