Help! Radio/Infotainment system stuck on same screen??

See the picture, the screen is showing another screen "overlaid" on top of the usual view. I have no idea how to get this back to normal, owner's manual isn't really clear on it either.

I was wiping down the screen to get rid of fingerprints, and the truck was running, so apparently I touched a sequence of on screen controls that caused this.

Anyone know how to exit out of this screen view? Driving me nuts , help out if you know how I can exit this view.

Pull the fuse? Push the power-on button and wait ten minutes before replacing fuse?

Lol, this is just your quick set station tabs. See the down arrow above your station titled The Heat. Drag it down and they will collapse back.

If you ever want to see all your quick set tabs just grab the arrow and drag it back up.
