Help with build - 2019 Z71 Tahoe

I have a 2019 Tahoe Z71 with stock 18" wheels.

But need some help with Offset and do I need to add a lift / leveling kit for it.

Look at this site and they will show you different offset options: https://www.customwheeloffset.com

Those wheels are heavy too, fyi.
