Help with headlight bulb

I have a 2014 chevy Malibu turbo with a drivers side bulb burnt out
I purchased regular bulbs but I believe this car uses HID because they flash blue b4 warming up

Anyways, I’m going to have to completely dismantle the front end in order to get to the bulbs and before I do that I’d like to have bulbs in hand for a even easier install

If a vin is needed let me know ?

it would depend on your car, it looks like it could have come with either. although i would venture a guess that if it has hid that it would have factory projectors, not sure on the non factory hid versions, but my limited research looks like it would be a standard reflector housing.



there are some cars like our saturn astra that uses a halogen bulb in an oem projector, but i am unsure on the specifics of the Malibu.
