What is the best way to get leather seats in my Tahoe?

- I think buying them factory will be expensive.
- Haven't seen ANY titanium leathers on ebay in a long time.
- I currently have cloth, so trading with someone is not an option.

Short of getting them upholstered, am I sh*t outta luck?

I am not sure what you are asking as you've already ruled out every option short of butchering your own cow and doing it yourself. However, I would take them and have them done. Aftermarket leather is generally better and you can always fall back to cloth if you need to since most of those type treatments unzip and are removable.

Try asking your dealer. Mine offered to have the cloth swapped out for leather and showed me an example of the work. It was pretty good, maybe even better than stock and you have a wider choice of colors and patterns - two tones and such. They wanted $1500 for three rows and said I could come back any time and have it done. I'm sure you could get it done cheaper if you could find the contractor yourself. There have been some threads on this and some contact info in various regions. Try a search.
