Helper spring or shock?

Ok thanks guys I think I will use some cheap helpers I found for this boating season and I am going to start putting parts together and use bags next year. Running out of money this year due to my camaro build and getting this thing ready for hauling.
Should I do bags all the way around or just in the rear?
