Fairly certain they go on top of the springs.

I found 30 videos on doing the keys. But only one for the rear. It was in fast foward so I couldn't see where he put them. I found one pic that had them below the spring so that's where they went. Not sure it really matters the more I think about it. Just extending the springs. I think I might order new Springs that will lift it. I feel like it would ride better.

Ok so I found out I need new shocks for the rear. I'll get them tomorrow. Stock won't extend to fit the lift. Both front keys and rear spacers went on fairly easy. You will need rear shocks. Probably a good idea to replace all 4 while your in there. And rent or buy the torsion bar unloading tool. And use air tools if you have them. Made for quick work on those keys. I took my time and many breaks cuz I can lol. Over all time spent with tools in my hands has been around 2 hours. Now that I've done them I could do it in half the time next time. I'll post pics tomorrow. GTA is calling my name.

Mine is an 03. I didn't read your entire list, I didn't know you were lifting. I actually dropped mine.

Does it make a difference? It still does the same job whether or not top or bottom. Just curious.

Before I went to Z71 springs I had spacers for a while and they were installed on the bottom.

Looks good. IMO I think it would look better if you cranked the keys just a little more. Maybe another inch in the front

I plan on going higher in the front but that was all we could do for now and keep a decent reading for camber. Upper control arms and shocks should do the trick.
