35 you might be ok, 55 will Melt but 25 shouldnt have any problems at all.

stock housings I use nothing but 25w ballasts never had an issue with multiple sets out there...when I did use 35w balasts it was spotty, some no issue others melted in a 1/2hr. Moral of the story....stick to 25w ballasts for stock housing fogs.
