Both at the same time? They come on for a brief second? try unplugging and reconnecting everything. If the problem still exists, it could be a bulb or ballast or both. You might be better off getting another kit.

Because both are going on and off at the same time, I'm thinking the relay harness is the problem?
Because he can turn back on, and they go off again, I'm thinking corrosion in the wiring of the relay harness?

Might be worth it to peel off the black tape and verify/clean/resolder each connection.

the head light switch may be bad. look at the back of it to see if
it's burned and i would do the relay kit to keep them small wires
from handling that power surge of them coming on.

you can make your own relay harness instead of waiting for them to
ship it too you i made my own and i must say i spent a little more

than what ddm cost but i couldn't wait a long time to get it from them.

ok so im going to look into the connections, and i dont have any relays for them. im also going to look into a harness for the power surge of the lights turning on.

also does anyone know the deal with the DDM lifetime warranty? i did purchase the kit directly through their website but i dont think i kept any of the paperwork.

thanks guys
