I've been looking for a hidden hitch that goes behind the roll pan for my 02 tahoe. I know Sir Michaels used to make them and several people on here had them, but since they went out of business I'm just wondering if any other company makes them?

There are some available for the silverados/sierras but I don't think they would work. The frame rails are the same width, however, the distance from the bottom of the frame rails to the bottom of the roll pan is not the same between the trucks and my tahoe. If I don't end up finding anything, I'm considering just modifying the stock hitch to fit behind the roll pan. I won't be towing much, only a pair of jet skis a couple times a year. Any insight is appreciated!

I have a street scene roll pan by the way.

Thanks for the info! I'll probably end up just making one like you did. Do you happen to have a picture of it finished without the roll pan on?

Nice job! Looks like it would be more than strong enough for what I plan to tow. I think I'll do something similar with mine. Thanks again for all the info.
