HID's in projectors dimmer than Halogen was?

Agreed many online say not for HID bulbs. I actually contacted my manufacturer and they told me I would be able to no issue. Though not made that it would be safe to use 55w. If you got em on eBay they likely won't be a good choice for HIDs at 35w try a 55w if all else fails return or use one set for fogs or highbeams. I have my 35w ballasts running highbeams now and 55w for lows. Just going to get the 4hi setup mod on there

Yeah, those probably aren't the best candidate for good light output with hids. Might help a little if you can switch to 4500k hids. Your best bet would be to retro in some true hid projectors, if you're down for the work.
