New to me 2019 Yukon XL SLT with halogen projectors was in desperate need of upgrades to the halogen high beams. I had an older pair of Underground Lighting LEDs that I didn’t use in my Ram because they were too bulky for the housing…well, they were too bulky for the Tahoe housing as well. I searched the forums and a member mentioned the VLED Micro Extreme. The “puck” was very small…the size of a large USB stick and it fit well inside the housing.
These blades are adjustable 360° and they did require fine adjustment as I wanted to get them just right. These lights require no Allen wrenches or screw drivers to adjust. I used a small pair of channel locks. They basically use a compression fitting. Make sure to really tighten it down, because at first I thought I had it tight, but when I turned the bulb into the socket the collar moved which made the blade out of place. You really need to wrench it down tight on the collar.
This is with LED low beams on, stock high beam in the right, and VLED in the left high beam.
This is just low beams.
This is with low and high beams.
This is just low beams.
This is low and high beams.
