Hit A Shredded Truck Tire

I hit a truck tire on I-20 heading back home to SC from Texas. I had to pull over at the next exit and crawl under the front bumper and remove the underneath engine guard. It is fasten down with 4 screws. Three of the 4 eye holes were broke thru, caused it to flop around. There was a small car at the same exit waiting on a tow truck his whole front bumper was dragging the ground. He told me he hit the same tire. I was in the left lane passing a car when I saw it and hit it.

Ah shit! That sucks......luckily thats all that was damaged.

Yea those Recaps Will do some damage I had a friend with a Lumina (not Yates) hit one and it flattened his tire and bent his fender all to crap.
