My Hoe is about to hit the big 200,000 miles and it’s time. We bought her a year ago so have no true to my knowledge work done on it. As far as I’m concerned what I was told was done is hear say. I got a little list going on so any help would be appreciated on anything else. As for injectors and anything else needed I want to go with performance parts not O.E. stuff since I plan on building the engine.

* Belt
* Replace spark plugs
* Replace cap and rotor
* replace wire set
* Injectors
* Knock Sensor
* usually replace shocks.
* change all fluids
* PCV Valve and Fuel Filter

What year is it? a 2006 does not have a cap & rotor
aside from that no need to replace injectors or knock sensors unless you are getting a code for them, likely at 200k the knock sensors have already been done and if done properly they should not have to be touched again.
the pvc valve is integral to the valve cover it's not a easy pop in & out like the older motors if it's not smoking or leaking I wouldn't worry about it

unless it has been done previously it's probably time for new front suspension, tie-rods, pitman arm, etc

It is a 2006 actually. Damn everything’s changed, them old days were better in some aspects.i definitely forgot about trans filter. Maybe I’ll get exhaust done for why nots.

My rear autoride shocks are blown and I want to get some piggybacks and pull all the Autoride junk. Plan on getting spindles also then for the suspension stuff.

Mine is at 198k and I have to do all the suspension components, and 1 bad wheel bearing. I still need to flush the trans, and replace the oil.

I would honestly get under her with a light and go through everything. Besides fluid flushes (Oil, trans) I would inspect the brake fluid, coolant and maybe belts/tensioners/bearings if they need it. Plugs are usually pretty easy to diagnose by driving/looking at them.

Once the big stuff has been accounted for I would replace as needed and save the money for a full out build if that's what you plan to do.

well said, that’s what the plan is going to be then. My rear autoride shocks are completely blown out so definitely know where to start
